The
Vuelta a Espana 2024 route will be announced this upcoming Tuesday and most details are already very much confirmed, yet private. However, plenty tips slip through the crack and a lot if rumoured about the race already in the days leading up to it.
The race will start in Lisbon and spend the first three days fully within the territory of Portugal, and what will follow is a very mountainous route. A report from AS suggests that there will be between 7 and 10 summit finishes in the race, these should include climbs that have in the past been featured in the race such as Cuitu Negru, Lagos de Covadonga, Picón Blanco and Pico Villuercas.
