Throughout the 2025
Criterium du Dauphiné, the race jury attributes fines to some of the riders and sporting directors. Ultimately the fines can come in the form of money, time penalties or even UCI points, depending on the rule breaking. Here we present what has happened during the race.
Stage 1

Stage 2
Paul Penhoet, who had initially crossed the line in 5th, was relegated to 116th by the race jury for a move towards Emilien Jeannière in the final sprint.
Nils Politt and Per Strand Hagenes of UAE and Visma respectively were both fined 500CHF and received a yellow card over an aggressive positioning battle during the stage.
Stage 3
Johan Price Pejtersen received a 200 CHF fine for sticky bottle on short distance. His SD Frederik Willems also takes 500 CHF

Stage 5
Juan Guillermo Martinez of Team Picnic PostNL gets 500 CHF and -25 pts in UCI ranking for littering outside a waste zone
Benoit Genauzeau (TEN SD) and Claudio Cozzi (TUD SD) both takes 1000 CHF and a yellow card for breach of regulations or guidelines concerning vehicle movements during the race
Cyril Dessel (DAT SD) and Bernhard Eisel (RBH SD) takes 500 CHF each for failure to comply with instructions from the organizer or commissaires.
