Arkéa Samsic has net an important win, as Jenthe Biermans once again showed his best legs and in a tricky uphill sprint won stage 2 of the Tour de Luxembourg ahead of Soren Kragh Andersen.
The hilly and rainy day in Luxembourg made a selection once again, and the uphill drag to the line meant that a pure sprint wasn't to take place. Victor Campenaerts launched an early sprint too which meant a very long effort; Soren Kragh Andersen made his bid for the line and seemed to have the power to go for the win, but only in the final meters did Jenthe Biermans come from behind to take a strong win, his second of the season. Tim van Dijke finished third on the day.
