“I’m excited to continue the adventure and can’t wait for what’s to come” - Thibaut Pinot becomes an ambassador for Lapierre

Having ridden on Lapierre bikes for the majority of his career during his time at Groupama-FDJ, Thibaut Pinot has now partnered with the French brand as an ambassador after his retirement from professional cycling at the end of last season. Pinot rode Lapierre bikes to famous victories atop the Col du Tourmalet and Alpe d’Huez at the Tour de France, as well as Il Lombardia in 2018.

The Frenchman hopes to continue his strong partnership with the brand in his ambassadorial role, as he said in a statement that “it is with pride that I will continue to represent Lapierre in 2024, despite my retirement as a professional cyclist. It is a brand that has been very important to me throughout my career. I’m excited to continue the adventure and can’t wait for what’s to come”.
