The long wait is over and TotalEnergies is among the teams who will participate in the 112th edition of the Tour de France, newly with 23 teams at the line. The best French ProTeam was always a likely choice of the ASO organiser, even more so with their great performances in the 2024 edition.

Anthony Turgis brought a long sought-after victory for his team in stage 9 when he proved to have the best turn of speed in the eventful gravel stage in Troyes. But the real miracle almost unfolded in stage 18 when a large breakaway fought it out for a victory and the unknown Mattéo Vercher nearly upset experienced Victor Campenaerts and Michal Kwiatkowski in thrilling finale of the stage.

Jean-René Bernaudeau, team’s General Manager, stated in press communication: "Our performances in the previous 2024 edition were the result of long-term work started in the early months of the year and concluded in the most beautiful way with Anthony [Turgis]’s victory. I also remember the emotions that Mattéo [Vercher] brought us in Barcelonnette, what a memory!"

"In 2025, the TotalEnergies Team intends to once again prove worthy of the trust placed in us by ASO. The history of our team is above all one of passionate men and women who have placed the values of solidarity, respect, and audacity above all else. I am extremely proud that we can demonstrate this for the 26th time on a global stage."
