Having already taken a victory this season on the opening stage of the Tour Colombia, Fernando Gaviria is now set to lead the line for Movistar in the men’s race at the Classic Brugge-De Panne this week.
The rest of the lineup also includes Johan Jacobs, Mathias Norsgaard, Davide Cimolai, Vinícius Rangel, Lorenzo Milesi and Manlio Moro.
In the women’s race, Emma Norsgaard and Arlenis Sierra are set to lead the team after they have both had a strong start to their Classics campaigns, as the Dane finished eleventh at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and fifth at Omloop van het Hageland over Opening Weekend, whilst Sierra recently finished fifth at the Danilith Nokere Koerse.
Supporting them will be Sheyla Gutiérrez and Aude Biannic, along with 19-year-old twin sisters Laura and Lucía Ruiz Pérez.
