As the Colombian ambitions to be at his best level for the Tour de France, he's missing out on opportunities to prove his worth this spring as his form must have taken a meaningful hit with several weeks off the bike.
However the Colombian has confirmed in an Instagram livestream that he plans on flying back to Europe within 10 days. His first race on the calendar has been hinted to be the
Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali, however it is not impossible for him to try and get back to his original schedule which included the
Volta a Catalunya - although he must not carry the same ambitions.
