Cycling market: Multiple Spanish champion Mavi García has committed to Team Jayco AlUla to ride for the Australian squad for the next two seasons. Thus, the 39-year-old veteran rider will ride at least until 2025.
The other great Spanish climber of the moment, Ane Santesteban, currently rides for Jayco, although she has not yet renewed her contract (she finished eighth in the last Women's Tour de France, so she will not be short of offers).
Mavi García is by far the best Spanish rider of recent times, with a total of 14 victories in her professional career, including five Spanish road championships. In recent seasons she has been characterized as one of the best climbers in the world.
