BORA - hansgrohe may present new Red Bull jersey ahead of Tour de France; and has done bid on Remco Evenepoel and Wout van Aert

BORA - hansgrohe took the first World Tour win of the season at the Tour Down Under, but across the globe perhaps bigger news emerged. A report suggests that the German team has made contact with Wout van Aert and Remco Evenepoel, and may have a new Red Bull-sponsored jersey revealed at the Tour de France.

This is reported by German news outlet DPA. Red Bull, the famous sports drink brand which is recognized on all corners of the world, has recently bought 51% of the team's rights. The German team has deep ties to sports in Austria where the brand is based, and already had signed former mountaineer Anton Palzer to their ranks.

This connection with Red Bull may lube the wheels of a massive transfer. Wout van Aert is currently sponsored by the brand and the report adds that the German team has entered in contact with the Belgian. His compatriot and fellow superstar Remco Evenepoel was also reached out, it is said.

After this winter's budget reinforcement of Lidl-Trek, BORA - hansgrohe has big chances of being the next team taking the step. After signing Primoz Roglic, they may want to reinforce an already strong team even further.
