Allan Peiper joins Team Jayco AlUla as consultant

Allan Peiper will start working as an advisor at Jayco AlUla. In addition to giving advice, the Australian former cyclist will also assist the WorldTour team in the management team. Several sources report this to WielerFlits.

A few weeks ago the news came out that Peiper would start working again at UAE Emirates. There he would, among other things, deal with Tadej Pogacar with whom he has a good relationship, but that deal fell through. “We have not been able to agree on the strategy and how my role should be fulfilled,” Peiper told HLN at the time.

Peiper will work closely with Jayco AlUla, a team from his home country Australia, with Brent Copeland, Marco Pinotti and Matthew White, among others. The ex-pro will start immediately.
