Alexandra Manly wins fourth stage of the Tour of Scandinavia

Team BikeExchange rider Alexandra Manly has won the fourth stage of the Tour of Scandinavia. She beat Marianne Vos, Chloe Hosking, and Alice Barnes in the sprint to take the victory.

Sophie Wright was the first rider to try for a breakaway but failed, soon, Eline van Rooijen tried her luck, but the peloton was not taking any chances. After some more failed attempts, Mischa Bredewold and Lourdes Oyarbide took the lead. There was a minor crash 30 kilometers before the finish line.

Vos, along with Alexandra Manly, Chloe Hosking, and Alice Barnes, took the lead in the final 5 kilometers. It came down to sprint, and Vos jumped ahead, but soon Hosking and others counterattacked. Manly managed to beat Vos and Hosking and secure the victory. Chloe Hosking finished in second place while Alice Barnes took the bronze. Marianne Vos finished in fourth place, Vos continues to lead in GC.
