My perception: Tadej is "heavier" in comparison to last year (in 2024 he was thinner than ever)... maybe is power to race the first stages? Thinking to loss weight later, for the last week? (mountains week).

Richard Plugge is only partly correct. If he looks at the major crash that took out Jonas last year, you could blame the organizers for a bad road. but long before the stage, his team complained about the dangerous corners and roads. so what do they do in the race? the don't back off but instead they push it hard in the dangerous corner. is that the fault of the organizer or the rider?

Win 33% of the stages with 16% of the riders? Big ask, but I recognize that Belgium normally pulls more than their weight; so I'll give Gilbert the benefit of the doubt. But I'm still sceptical of that claim.
