  Seixas was certainly impressive at Itzulia, but he had practically no competition other than Lipowitz on one stage. Ayuso and Del Toro were well below their best, even before both crashed out. In fact, it would have been more interesting if Seixas had raced Catalunya instead of Itzulia, where he would have been pitted against Vingegaard.

  The French amoebas are once again saying that they are suspicious of Pogi's level of dominance ( he might be doping), but they are not suspicious that 19-year-old Seixass, in a one-week world tour race, makes all cyclists look like amateurs. It is not suspicious to them because his name is Paul. If his name was Pavle (Paul in the Balkans), then would it be suspicious???   I agree, and for the record nobody is on Pogis level yet. But, back to your original comment. Paul is very good and very young. He very well could be the future. However, Remco was treated like this and he has been good but not amazing. As well as making some very odd excuses for not doing well. Most riders say they had a bad day and hope tomorrow is better. Remco says something that sounds like he went to chatGPT and said make an excuse based on a car an boat and my seat. Not as bad as Jonas is with excuses but closing in. Let's hope Paul can win and lose with dignity

  I think Bobo is right and that there’s a bit of prejudice here because of who Remco is married to and the faith they’ve decided to share One thing I like about him is he is never afraid to say what he believes, and isn’t afraid to be his own person, regardless of what the world thinks. Or maybe it’s just because he’s left-handed I’m not a fan of his but do admire his persistence in being himself He wins a lot, he complains a lot, he tells the world what he’s thinking, and he loves his wife Good for him
