  UCI looked at the evidence, the evidence was >90% conclusive i assume. So they suspended him for the trial and Bora followed suit. Similar to how the police do, jail the accused once the evidence is conclusive then proceed to trial. Presumption of innocence exists when there is only probable cause/no evidence. right now its the Limbo awaiting his defense arguments, not "i am a clean rider " statements
