  OMG, how many records can be set in only one WC road race: Remco or Del Toro or Seixas or... ??? All because of one cyclist, that didn't make it to the WC. The same course in Montreal where he wins every year. The G.O.A.T. is injured... and some cyclists became lucky... they all got an early Christmas present from Pogi. POGI=SANTA!!!

  What's the deal with how thick the rainbow stripes are on a former winner's kit? Seems like some of the former World Champs keep their stripes pretty slim, but then Remco has big fat ones (which lowkey irritates me) - is there actually a UCI rule, or is it just rider's discretion?

  I like Pidcock but he's not a leader. He's a great racer but will never be better than he occasional sage winner or classic guy on the road under the right situation. Ineos wanted him to lead the their team and win stage races, he couldn't take the pressure, which is fine, not everyone can.

  It's a horribly composed article. It doesn't mention his name until the third paragraph, and even then it only mentions his last name. I miss the days when we had what was called journalism.

  My pick for the win is Isaac Del Toro, given how great he looked while winning the race in Montreal a week and a half ago. My sentimental favorite for the win is Wout Van Aert. I know that that's not going to happen, but I'm sure that a lot of cycling fans would be absolutely thrilled if he did.

  Yes and I don’t know any female TT specificalists that are this great. Marlen is amazing, but who else? Vos is a goat but not TT.

  I don’t know who some is or are but if you read all the other reports with comments by those who were part of that peleton (and there are at least two others with quite some coverage on this website), it seems like some are happy to stay as anonymous as possible because they’re in a very tiny minority. Even the motorbike comments oppose what the anonymous some from this article are giving as an explanation. I think it’s pretty obvious, despite the Montreal course being considered too tough for him, he’s intending to give it his all. And someone capable of finishing LBL with distinctly more elevation gain 3rd shouldn’t be considered inferior to any of Remco, Wout or Seixas.
