- I think this is what Remco wanted, and he will excel. He wanted the full marginal gains approach.
- Ide Schelling's retirement is a surprise for me. What's more surprising for me though is that KerisVroom isn't in the list. That's what I expected when the headline mentions past GC winner.
- The big problem, the luxury of choices means that one cannot focus entirely on one thing
- I dont get how you could make up an entire article that boils down to "is it unfair that they are so much better than the others?". Its a sport, get over it. And i also dont get why it matters that they are better without riding most of the calender in cyclocross. It really shouldnt. If they qualify for the most important races aka world cup/world championships and win it they win it fair and square. Doesnt matter what they do the rest of the season.
- he is already the world's best mountain biker. he can win any race he enters it seems. he is amazing at that discipline. might as well go for his best on road courses.
- yeah was just about to comment on that. typical solid editing by the team on this site.
- I read that too Depp! It is definitely "Monuments!"

Seriously now, I’d be interested in your opinion on some things then based on your experiences because I can’t find much info online about it.
It’s obvious from internet that many people suffer from water/fluid/weight retention after certain work-outs/injuries/inflammation and yet from personal experience and others I know it is not a given, even for similar cases.
Do you think it’s possible different people are more or less predisposed to swelling and or WR just like we are all different regarding bruising, allergies, wound healing, etc.
Do you see any difference in these symptoms between differing « lifestyles » i.e. is there a difference in reactions in inactive vs well-trained or differing body types?
- MajorPayne, I don’t have way as much of a problem as many seem to have with me for being critical of information that either clashes, seems pointless or suspicious or is given for hidden reasons. Tadej obviously DIDN’T really have a problem as his 2 wins on the next two days show, but I guess it must sound cool now to make it seem that even « handicapped « he still won, made his fans happy anyway.
And for mij, sorry if I gave the impression it was fishy, that was not intended, just not buying the « problem ».
Now, does anyone actually know what damage there really was or did he just have a sore bruised knee like everyone that falls on theirs coz even Wellens who was so involved doesn’t really seem to really know. Every time I have some kind of injury checked I get a long report with some fancy latin words I need to go look up.
- That’s ironic coz Tim now tells us it was obvious to him, so why no-one else noticed?
