If you speed and don’t get caught it is not a valid excuse for those who do to get away with it by claiming others didn’t get fined, same for parking.   why cant he just ride a normal bike? He hasn't won any race sine 2019, so all of his nonsense is not yielding any sporting results. Seems like he's just trying to poke the UCI in the eye all the time...give it up already, bro.

  The UCI needs to add a new rule that limits the number of times someone can be DQed in a year. After that, they get suspended. This guy is doing everything he can right now to annoy them.
