  I see both sides of the argument however it is job at the end of the day. The sponsor pays your wages to perform and win at the highest level. If Vin has an issue he should speak to team management. Almost like politician when they have to use a spokesman or woman to reply. The sport has moved on and is probably at the highest level with riders for a decade. If Vin wants to retire which his wife appears to be pushing him down that road be will be a loss.
