- Sadly it’s more like “when” primoz crashes :(
- agreed. since 2021 van der poel has ridden as a domestique for phillipsen, but mathieu has CHOSEN that role because, for whatever reason, he just hasn’t really liked or cared about the Tour (maybe until THIS YEAR, that is). but wouter LOVES winning at the tour and cares deeply about it, and i totally agree he deserves more freedom.
- i think he meant the latter, that the first 10 are all either bunch sprints or spikey hills for puncheurs, both of which wout can win on. i didn’t read it as a PREDICTION.
- Roglic? Humorous!? ( now THAT’S funny!) He’s been a neurotic mess since ‘22. And talk about arrogance = the way he undermined Kuss in the Vuelta… shameless!
- Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe's team may seem weak in comparison to UAE or TVL, but that's not to say that they don't have many other good climbers and rouleurs - other options, who have not been selected, include Hindley, Pellizzari, Martínez, Lazkano, Fisher-Black, Van Gils, Alleotti, Adrià, Mullen...
- Let's hope not. Dream result for Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe: Roglič winning Maillot Jaune, Lipowitz winning Mailliot Blanc, Vlasov winning Maillot à Pòis, Meeus/Van Poppel winning Maillot Vert
- At least Roglič actually succeeds in being humourous - unlike Pogačar, who tries too hard and ends up sounding arrogant
- I've written my preview of the final GC Top10 and didn't include Roglic... I hope he does well, but my guess is he will abandon somewhere.
- Skynet has answered: "The most stages a single rider has ever won in a single Tour de France is 8. This record has been achieved by three riders: Charles Pélissier in 1930, Eddy Merckx in 1970 and 1974, and Freddy Maertens in 1976."
- this is stupidity. Give Lipo a chance, you will not regret it. If Roglic crashes, and he will, Bora will be left with nothing
