The Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali has come to an end this Saturday in Foril with a victory from Lotto Dsnty's Jenno Berckmoes who has finally won after three podiums in the race; whilst Koen Bouwman has won the overall classification for Team Visma | Lease a Bike.
The Dutch rider benefited from a strong stage 3 where he won on the day and took time on the competition; on the final stage he managed to defend himself properly and conquered the GC.
The hilly stage was decided in a reduced group sprint where only a few riders contested after the multiple climbs. Jenno Berckmoes had impressed already this week with several strong results, but today he was the strongest in the final sprint, beating Lukas Nerurkar and Davide De Pretto.
