Thibaut Pinot is no stranger to bad luck, however during today's eighth stage of the Tour de France the Groupama - FDJ rider experienced a severe episode.
In the last half of the stage the Frenchman took a tumble whilst riding uphill. Whilst recovering position in the peloton he found himself next to soigneurs who were distributing feeding bags, when he was accidentally hit by a soigneur of Trek - Segafredo. Despite a small stop, Pinot was able to continue the race.
