Video: Tadej Pogacar in the Pyrenees doing Tour de France recons

Tadej Pogacar is currently in Southern France, riding the route of the mountainous stages that will decide the Tour de France in it's third week. The Tour de France itself has shared footage of the Slovenian and teammate Rafal Majka riding up the final slopes of the Peyragudes altiport, the final of stage 17.
He had shared in a recent interview that he would be travelling to France so as to recon the mountain stages as the Tour de France, and whilst Primoz Roglic is up in Sierra Nevada at altitude together with Jumbo-Visma, the two-time defending Tour de France champion is on the ground learning what the peloton will face this coming July.
UAE Team Emirates will be supporting Pogacar at the Tour with a very strong team containing Rafal Majka - who is currently alongside him -, Brandon McNulty, Marc Soler and George Bennett in the mountains.

A cyclist's career is short; they have to accumulate as much as possible. Obviously, when Tadej was a teen, he had no idea he was going to earn a lot. Don't worry, when his career ends, he'll return to his country, paying taxes on his future investments (he is doing yet that). First Yates says he is "grateful" to Visma and has been thinking about retirement for a long time??? ... and at the same time he left his team in the dark where they can't bring in a replacement now. - He actually took a pay cut when transferred to Visma; he was the star at Jayco for years, he moved because a different team structure could improve his chances and they both got the benefits of the transaction.
