Carlos Rodríguez has put on a very strong performance over today's stage of the Tour de France, arriving with the main GC group, however after completing it things did not go as smooth, as he was taken down by a fan whilst warming down.
The Spaniard from INEOS Grenadiers, ninth overall and last of the favorites to stay behind Vingegaard and Pogacar in Marie Blanque, was knocked to the ground after being touched by a fan just past the finish line. He was visibly upset with the situation, however the tumble doesn't seem to be meaningful towards his ambitions in the race.
