UCI Team Rankings Update | UAE remains at the top, INEOS enters podium and BORA scores big

The Criterium du Dauphiné has handed out a lot of points this past week. With the Tour de Suisse and Tour de France soon to come, big changes may come in the rankings; but for the time being the positions at the top remain rather stable. UAE Team Emirates continue to dominate the first place and increased their lead despite a disappointing Dauphiné.

However that is not a cause for concern for UAE, who currently have 18.093 points. Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale have scored less this week and stand in second with 10.127 - the only other squad with over 10.000 points. With Carlos Rodríguez and Laurens de Plus paving way to a brilliant Dauphiné, INEOS Grenadiers scored over 700 points and have overtaken Lidl-Trek (who scored around 300) to take over third place. Alpecin-Deceuninck remains third scoring decently with Gianni Vermeersch winning Dwars door Het Hageland. You can check the last update. 

BORA - hansgrohe remain in sixth position but have closed the gap to Alpecin almost completely after Primoz Roglic won the Dauphiné and Aleksandr Vlasov also rode into sixth position whilst supporting the Slovenian. The team scored over 1000 points in this most recent update. After Derek Gee's magnificent podium in France, Israel - Premier Tech climbed from 13th to 11th.
