Toms Skujins takes fourth Latvian national time-trial championship title

For the third straight year and for the fourth time in his career, Toms Skujins has taken victory in the individual time-trial at the Latvian National Championships.
The Trek - Segafredo rider took victory by 24 seconds ahead of Israel - Premier Tech's Krists Neilands in second place with Skujins Trek teammate, Emīls Liepiņš completing the podium.
