Remco Evenepoel and Mathieu van der Poel have been training together quite often recently alongside the Dutchman's regular training partner, Freddy Ovett. Now though, Thibau Nys has also been pictured linking up for some training.
Nys went head-to-head with van der Poel a fair bit over the recent winter cyclocross season. As the young Belgian looks to emulate the Alpecin-Deceuninck star by taking his cyclocross success to the road, Nys could hardly find better training partners than the two current Rainbow Jersey's on the road in Evenepoel and van der Poel.
With Evenepoel already up and running this campaign with victories under his belt at the Figueira Champions Classic and the Volta ao Algarve and van der Poel beginning his own hotly-anticipated return to road racing at Milano-Sanremo, Nys has to wait until the Tour de Romandie to make his bow.
