Tadej Pogacar gets new 3D-printed saddle - UAE Team Emirates - XRG confirm arrival of new sponsor

UAE Team Emirates - XRG are the top team in the cycling world at the moment and over the past few years the team's quality and exposure has made it a top tier priority for cycling brands to partner with. The likes of Colnago and MyWoosh already get tremendous benefits out of it, now Fizik has entered the market as the team confirms the news that were predicted one month ago.
The Emirati team used to ride the Prologo brand saddles but into 2025 this will change. Fizik, another of the sport's top brands, comes into the project and will be providing the team with the option of racing in a 3D-printed saddle, which is priced at around €500 - being completely personalized to it's riders.
However this is not something that was only decided recently and is not something that had been kept a tight secret either. Recently at the team's training camp, CyclingUpToDate got a close look at Pogacar's new Colnago Y1R and a very distinct feature was exactly it's beehive-shaped saddle from Fizik. The change of sponsors has now been finally confirmed.

As long as a rider doesn’t have any realistic chance of sone form of glory, don’t force them just to end up with a forgettable result, give someone else on the team the experience and chance to prove themselves and let your better rider focus on goals they CAN aim for. - It’s very difficult to say now since he’s hardly ever raced over the last 5-6 years. Had he continued when he was good at it he’d most definitely have won it at some point, the type of course playing a decisive role. But business dictated he should focus more on road racing.
