Set to take place in the 11th of August, the World Championships will see a long time-trial course in Stirling, Scotland, which will attribute the next set of rainbow stripes in the discpline.
Note: Route is provisional.
As is the case with all time-trials, it will be the city of Stirling which will host the events. The riders are set to ride through a long time-trial, with 48.5 kilometers on the menu through the open fields of southern Scotland. It will be an effort of around an hour, longer than most of the last few routes.

This one will conclude in Stirling, atop the Top of the Town and next to the Stirling Castle which should make for a very scenic ending to the race.
