Primoz Roglic on the Time Trial in the Critérium du Dauphiné: "I haven't ridden such a long time trial in a while"

Primoz Roglic survived the first uphill finish in the Critérium du Dauphiné. The Slovenian leader of Jumbo-Visma crossed the finish line in 12th place.
Roglič saw teammate Wout van Aert just miss out on victory in Chastreix-Sancy. For a moment the Belgian thought he had won, but David Gaudu passed him with a final jump.
"He came from behind with speed and had an advantage with that, other than that, the whole team performed well. The guys were super strong. We have to remember the positive things and look forward." Roglič said.
Roglič is excited for individual time trial over 31.9 kilometers, from Montbrison to La Bâtie d'Urfé. “We'll see tomorrow how the legs feel. It will be a real challenge and I haven't ridden such a long time trial in a while, It will be nice ”, he concluded.
