Preview. On the 11th of June the riders take on the Elfstedenronde Brugge, a classic which is highly suited to the sprinters however the several cobbled sectors provide opportunities to launch attacks.
The 189.5-kilometer race is pan-flat, the challenges will come towards the second half when there will be cobbled sectors crossed. There will be 16 in total, most in the final circuit, they will all be flat and not of high difficulty however will cause some damage in the peloton, and can stop a bunch sprint from taking place.
