From the 7th to the 11th of September the women's peloton will be going through the roads of Spain as they tackle the
Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta, one of the most important races in the calendar, which is raced alongside the men's Vuelta a Espana.
The third stage of the race will be a short one, however a very tricky hilly day. The first kilometers of the stage will see a 3.7-kilometer climb at 7.5% early on which may see some moves, but the day should be decided later on. Although there will be no major climb, the riders will go all the way from sea level up until over 900 meters in altitude. This will be a slow and constant grind, that will see many suffer. It can see some sprinters resist, but also GC attacks and everything inbetween before the finale in Aguilar de Campoo.
Stage 3: Camargo - Aguilar de Campoo, 96.4Km
