Baloise Belgium Tour often has many of the world's best sprinters at the start line looking to prepare the
Tour de France but this time around it won't be just the fast men.
Filippo Ganna has chosen the Belgian race as the final step in the preparation ahead of the Grand Depart in Lille.
In the five days of racing there will be opportunities for the sprinters and classics specialists and ultimately the British teams comes in to focus on the overall classification, stage wins and looking to build form ahead of the Tour de France for some of it's riders. Filippo Ganna, the Italian time-trialist and classics specialist, will be priming his form and will be one of the main contenders to win the race as a whole.
