Rumours are circulating that the recent Giro d'Italia winner, Primoz Roglic could be set to return to racing at the Tour de Suisse. With Remco Evenepoel also rumoured to be competing, we could see the latest instalment in their rivalry.
It seems to be doubtful that Roglic will return to the Tour de France later this year with the Slovenian opting instead to try and take the win in the only one-week stage race he is yet to take a victory. After already having been successful at Paris-Nice, Tirreno–Adriatico, the Volta a Catalunya, the Itzulia Basque Country, the Tour de Romandie and the Critérium du Dauphiné, only the Tour de Suisse is missing from his palmares.
