Mike Teunissen abandons Tour of Pologne to prepare for his wedding

Mike Teunissen was not present in the sixth stage of the Tour of Pologne . The Dutchman abandoned the tour, but he has a good reason: he is getting married this Saturday.
His team Jumbo Visma revealed via social media that decision not to participate was finalized before the race. He will be quite busy getting prepared for his marriage. "Prior to the Tour of Poland, it was decided that Mike will not start in this time trial. Mike will marry his wife this Saturday," Jumbo-Visma posted on social media.
The Tour of Poland will end on Friday, but it was not enough time for him since he is supposed to tie the knots the next day, which could have made things hectic, not to mention some unforeseen accident in the race. He was in 42nd place in the general classification, one minute behind leader Sergio Higuita.
