Matej Mohoric takes stage 4 win at the CRO Race after brutal final climb

Matej Mohoric has taken victory on stage 4 of the 2023 CRO Race, after a brutal cobbled final climb to the finish line.

With a much-reduced peloton at the front of the race heading towards the final climb of the day, pre-stage race leader Tobias Lund Andresen was out the back and sure to pass on the leader's jersey.

On the final kick-up to the line in the last kilometre, last year's overall winner Matej Mohoric powered his way to victory in a brutal slog with Magnus Sheffield and Orluis Aular completing the podium.
