The Dutch rider missed out on victories in 2023, but proved her quality by earning several honorable places in prominent competitions.
Among her most notable achievements are her outstanding performance in the first stage of the UAE Tour, as well as her presence in the top 10 in competitions such as Le Samyn des Dames, ZLM Omloop der Kempen Ladies, Argenta Classic, and GP Oetingen, among others.
Marjolein van 't Geloof expressed her excitement about joining the Hess Cycling Team and the opportunities this represents: "I'm really looking forward to this new challenge and I can't wait to meet the rest of the team. From the conversations I've had with Pirmin Lang, one of the team managers, I got a very good feeling. I also have ambitions and I want to show what I'm capable of. I think the racing program they want to do at Hess Cycling Team fits perfectly with this."
