Jarlinson Pantano last raced on March 25, 2019 at the Volta a Catalunya. He was then sanctioned by the UCI after testing positive for EPO. 4 years of sanction that was completed just yesterday April 14 so, if he wanted to compete again, he could legally do so.
Pantano, who at the time was Alberto Contador's domestique in his last years, won stages in the Tour de France, the Tour de Suisse or the Volta a Catalunya before his career went downhill at the age of 30 for doping.
