INEOS Grenadiers is having a largely restructuring within it's staff, and several DS' will be leaving at the end of 2022.
Gabriel Rasch is one of them, however he has already found a new home with
Uno-X Pro Cycling Team.
“I am delighted for this opportunity to join the journey Uno-X has started;" Rasch said in the announcement from the Norwegian team. "I have watched the team grow and admire how they work to develop young Norwegian and Danish talents. I can’t wait to be a part of this."
Rasch, a native of Norway, was an obvious selection for the team's preferences - as was Alexander Kristoff, the country's most successful rider in decades. Following the end of his pro career at INEOS Grenadiers in 2014, Rasch went on to take a management role at the British team where he served as a DS in the spring classics most prominently.
His addition, together with that of Kristoff, is expected to bring in important amount of experience and knowledge within the team for the upcoming seasons in the terrain. Tobias Johannessen - the team's main upcoming star - has expressed his interest in testing himself in the terrain, whilst Rasmus Tiller has confirmed his competitive level amongst the large World Tour teams.
