After the first climbing test for the race-winning hopefuls on stage 4 at Paris-Nice 2024, there has been a big upheaval in the top-10.
Although he may have missed out on the stage win, Team Jayco AlUla's Australian National Champion, Luke Plapp has been rewarded for his attacking gamble with the Maillot Jaune and the overall race lead, 17 seconds clear of the man who did take the stage, Santiago Buitrago.
Former Maillot Jaune, Brandon McNulty remains on the podium in third, with Joao Almeida, Remco Evenepoel and Egan Bernal hot on his heels.
