After completing her training, Van Vleuten will turn her attention to classic races, commencing with the Tour of Flanders on April 2nd. This will be followed by the
Amstel Gold Race Ladies on April 16th, Waalse Pijl on April 19th, and Liège-Bastogne-Liège Femmes on April 23rd. During the month of May, her primary goal will be to participate in her first grand tour, the La Vuelta Femenina, set to occur from May 1st to 7th.
Van Vleuten will recommence her altitude training from May 29th to June 22nd. She will take part in the Dutch road championship on June 24th. Afterwards, she will aim to compete in her second grand tour, the Giro d'Italia Donne, which is slated to take place from June 30th to July 9th.
Upon completion of the Giro d'Italia Donne, Van Vleuten will travel to Livigno for rest before participating in the Tour de France Femmes, set to take place from July 23rd to 30th. The World time trial Championships on August 10th and the Road World Championships on August 12th will mark her final races as a professional cyclist.
