Ethan Vernon conquers the ITT stage of Tour of Slovakia

Ethan Vernon has started the Tour of Slovakia with a victory in the first stage. He was the fastest rider to complete the 7 kilometers course in just 7 minutes and 33 seconds.
Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl team rider Martin Svrcek was the first to set a serious time record of 7 minutes and 55 seconds. He enjoyed the top position for some time before his teammate Michael Mørkøv took over the position. But even he could not hold the position for much longer.
In the end, it was Ethan Vernon who took the stage win with the best time of 7 minutes and 33 seconds. Josef Cerný finished second with 7 minutes and 39 seconds. Michael Morkov satisfied himself with bronze.
