Equipo Kern Pharma will step into 2024 season with 24 riders on its roster

Equipo Kern Pharma finalises its roster for the 2024 season with a total of twenty-four cyclists after the loss of six riders and the incorporation of eight, four of them coming from the team's feeder (Equipo Finisher) and four with experience in the professional peloton such as Marc Brustenga, Miguel Ángel Fernández, Unai Iribar and Antonio Jesús Soto.

Regarding the casualties, six riders say goodbye to the team: Roger Adrià, Igor Arrieta and Raúl García, who will make the step up to the World Tour category; Héctor Carretero, who will embark on a new path as sports director; the Italian Giovanni Carboni, and Vojtech Repa, who put an end to his professional career in May.

"We are betting on the strength of the block in 2024. We have strengthened some weak points that we had and proof of this is the addtitions of talented sprinters. At the same time, we continue to work hard to build cyclists from the base," explained general manager Juanjo Oroz.

"Last season we took a step forward and our objective in 2024 will be to continue along the same path since we have put together the most balanced squad in recent years, since the strength lies in the team. With 24 men we will be able to face many days of competition, to which we will attend with the premise of having visibility and fighting from the beginning. Our greatest achievement will be to do things with rigor and focus on how we do them more than on the result," he concluded.
