Whilst everyday teams battle amongst each other for success in cycling, today all stand united after the loss of a brother. From riders, teams, organizations, journalists, fans and more, the cycling community has come together to pay tribute to Gino Mäder.
The news came as a shock this morning and is an incredibly difficult moment. Currently it is being discussed on the ground how today's stage will take place, possibly it will not be raced competitively but instead shortened and only the finale will be ridden as a tribute.
