The Italian Autumn Classics have continued this Saturday and the same riders have been towards the front. However the winner was a different one today, Alexey Lutsenko crossed the line victorious after a very aggressive race.
In the race's many ascents, Lutsenko escaped the bunch together with Giro della Toscana winner Pavel Sivakov and Coppa Sabatini winner Marc Hirschi. With the peloton decimated behind the three riders collaborated into the finish, and the Kazakh took the victory in the sprint, beating Hirschi for the second place whilst the INEOS Grenadiers rider rode to third.
