27 teams set to participate in Vuelta a San Juan

Vuelta a San Juan, scheduled for January 22-29, will feature a diverse and competitive field of 27 teams, comprising a mix of top-tier WorldTour teams, professional teams, and continental and national selections.

After enduring interruptions caused by both the COVID-19 pandemic and economic issues for the past two years, the South American race known will return with the inclusion of the current world champion, Remco Evenepoel.

WorldTeams participating in Vuelta a San Juan: Astana Qazaqstan, Bora – hansgrohe, Ineos Grenadiers, Movistar, Soudal – QuickStep, Team DSM and Trek – Segafredo.

Professional teams participating in Vuelta a San Juan: Eolo – Kometa, Green Project – Bardiani CSF – Faizanè, Israel – Premier Tech, Team Corratec and TotalEnergies.

Continental team participating in Vuelta a San Juan: Agrupacion Virgen de Fatima, AP Hotels & Resorts / Tavira / SC Farense, Gremios por el Deporte / Cutral Co, Municipalidad de Pocito, Municipalidad de Rawson, SEP San Juan, Team Medellin and Team Banco Guayaquil Ecuador.

Five national teams will participate in the upcoming race, with Argentina and Italy being confirmed as participants. The remaining three national teams have yet to be announced and will be revealed at a later date.
