2024 revelation Laurence Pithie agress multi-year deal with BORA - hansgrohe

One of the revelations of the early part of 2024, Laurence Pithie has starred for Groupama - FDJ at the likes of the Tour Down Under, Paris-Nice and the Flanders Classics. According to reports however, this form has ensured this will be his last season with the French outfit.

According to GCN, the 21-year-old New Zealander has agreed to a 'multi-year' deal with BORA - hansgrohe, starting in 2025. The German-based team have recently secured massive investment from global drinks conglomerate Red Bull and as such, have the pulling power and money required to assemble one of the best teams in the peloton, something they've already set about doing.

Primoz Roglic joined over the off-season, Aleksandr Vlasov has signed a new deal with Jai Hindley reportedly soon to follow and rumours circulating of the team's interest in the likes of Jasper Philipsen among others.

Pithie meanwhile, has as mentioned, starred in the early part of 2024 with his performances at the Tour Down Under, winning the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race and impressive showings at races such as Paris-Nice, Milano-Sanremo and Gent Wevelgem among others.
