The course of the 2024 Paris Olympics cycling road race has been unveiled. Both starting and finishing in a picturesque location in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower.
The men's race will take place on August 3rd, 2024 with the riders tackling a 273-kilometre, rather bumpy course that sees a total of 2800 metres of elevation. Similar to something more often seen in the spring, numerous riders are sure to fancy their chances after seeing the course with Mathieu van der Poel one of the first to speak out and give a reaction. "This could be a classic in Flanders," the Dutchman proclaimed to NOS with a smile.
