It is his first victory since the 2022 Amstel Gold Race, Michal Kwiatkowski has returned to the top step of a podium today as he beat Maciej Bodnar into victory at the Polish time-trial national championships.
The difference on the 47-kilometer race was only of one second, a tiny difference which was enough for the INEOS Grenadiers rider to take the win ahead of the reigning champion, ahead of the Tour de France. Bahrain - Victorious' Kamil Gradek raced to third 57 seconds back.
