- Very good analysis of this trio. Love watching them on YouTube.
I agree that Pogacar wins it again. Nobody would be able to match his intensity. He can dial it up more if needed. He's rested and ready to go win his 12th Monument.
- this requires that he not have a mechanical. More than once, he's lost out on an opportunity to win because of a late mechanical. Let's hope the equipment holds up this time.
- Not really sure what you're going on there, because the Ayuso, del Toro and Seixas have not done anything that puts them definitively above Lipo with regards to the Tour de France. And we won't see Vingegaard vs Pogačar till the Tour de France.
- Stage 21 2025 Winner Wout Van Aert. 4th place Tadej Pogacar.
- Stage 21 2025 TDF is something you might want to rewatch.
- It's par for the course when Mauro Gianetti is your role model.
- Dè tha thu a’ ciallachadh nach eil Gàidhlig na h-Alba cudromach........ heretic
- He didn't need to blurt it out in the whole peloton - he'd not have been riding next to Mathieu ALL the time, so when he rides next to his teammates he just says it and van der Poel doesn't need to know. Simple
- He beat them all prior, he can beat them now. So it isn’t unimpressive, but I don’t consider Lipo or anyone else in this field to be a top rider. I think Ayuso, Tadej and Del Toro are head and shoulders above the field for this race.
I’m not saying Jonas hasn’t improved, but until he beats Tadej, he hasn’t accomplished his real goal.
- Actually I believe that the last time 'ċ' (the closest thing to č) was used in the British Isles was in Scottish Gaelic (it was Irish then). It represented the 'ch' sound, which makes the 'kh' sound, similar to Arabic خ.
But Scottish Gaelic is about as closely related to English as Russian is, so that's not too significant.
