The NBC broadcasting team is a great group overall. In my opinion, the weakest link is the studio host. Phil, Bob, and CV are excellent and bring a lot of knowledge and credibility to the coverage. I also think TJ and Brent provide great insight into cycling and bring a fresh perspective to the sport. I have always felt TJ’s personality and energy are exactly what Peacock needs. Lance is Lance — he is still a champion regardless of what people think about him or what they try to do to his legacy. That said, being a great cyclist doesn’t automatically make someone a great broadcaster, and I don’t think broadcasting is where Lance’s strengths are, he actually boring to listen to .
